Gaiasoft Group
The Gaiasoft Group of companies includes the following organizations.
Gaiasoft International, Ltd. is established in London and conducts business throughout the world. It develops and delivers technology and products and provides related technical services. It sets the vision for Gaiasoft.
Gaiaspace is a technology incubator company formed in 2005 to implement innovative collaboration, profiling and privacy approaches. It develops and manages the Gaiaspace collaboration environment.
Gaiasoft IP. Originally founded in 1989 as Soft Image Systems, Ltd, it develops intellectual property and holds patents related to information management and organizational transformation.
Morel Fourman serves as Founder and CEO of all Gaiasoft Group companies.

MOREL FOURMAN. Founder and CEO of Gaiasoft Group companies
Morel combines a deep understanding of personal and cultural transformation with a rigorous technical mind. For over 20 years he has designed, patented and built systems, software tools and environments that enable lasting and meaningful change. With David Reid, he has co-founded all Gaiasosft companies. He holds BA and MA degrees in engineering from Balliol College, Oxford University. Morel’s work and life reflect his commitment to making a positive impact on a global scale.
DAVID REID. Founder and Director of Gaiasoft Group companies
David provides technical design to support Morel Fourman’s visions and projects. David and Morel have been working together for over twenty-five years since they met as students at Oxford in the early 1980s. David is the design architect and development lead for all Gaiasoft software offers. He is responsible for creating innovative, commercial-quality, global scale solutions. David holds BA (honors) and MA in engineering science degrees from Balliol College, Oxford.
CHRIS REYNOLDS. Gaiasoft Product Manager
Chris manages the customer implementation aspects of Gaiasoft products, particularly the capture of a client’s expertise and the design and development of client-specific business performance management and collaboration systems. He has supported Gaiasoft’s business and government clients for over ten years. Previously Chris spent ten years in quality management for a global telecommunications services provider. Chris is a qualified Quality Auditor (British Standards Institute) for ISO9000.
MUSHIN SCHILLING. Gaiaspace Lead Collaboration Ecologist
Mushin is a designer of systems for effective on-line collaboration learning, support and use. He has spent over 20 years as a facilitator of human development processes. He has a rich understanding of both technology and human behaviors. Mushin’s Web2.0 job as a ‘gardener’ within an on-line society environment incorporates his experience in service to society and the earth, learning behaviors, and new approaches for training and facilitation in the complex field of peer-to-peer online collaboration.
ADAM PATTANTYUS. General Manager of Gaiasoft
Adam leads Gaiasoft’s interests in North America, directing US marketing, sales, product development and support. He is experienced in large-scale mission-critical project management and is gifted in client relations. His knowledge of engineering and business processes combined with his insightful understanding of human nature enable him to adapt complex software capabilities to personally-meaningful goals and tasks. Gaiasoft is a client of Merrimack Management Associates where Adam is founder and principal. Adam holds a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering degrees and an MBA.
