Workshops
Gaiasoft and its facilitation partners offer workshops and individualized consulting services that help users develop more effective organizations in new ways. Experts skilled in many approaches to group planning use techniques that encourage collaborative energy and reveal hidden opportunities with the organization. These services are additional to the technical and product training and support services provided with a product purchase.
Workshops. A Gaiasoft workshop introduces new group communications and planning approaches and applies these to the needs of the organization.
These group engagements are excellent opportunities to experience the Gaiasoft emergent, collaborative approach that is inherent it Gaiasoft’s product designs. Workshops are effective as stand-alone sessions and are also useful in enabling groups to prepare for using Gaiasoft products within an organization.
Gaiasoft offers structured one/two/three day workshop sessions. In longer sessions, frequently the first day addresses the whole group and following days address sub-sets of the whole. We have conducted workshops for groups of all sizes, from small groups of ten or less to large conferences of hundreds of diverse participants.

Management Consulting
Gaiasoft’s consulting is designed to be catalytic – working to release and apply the resources and solutions present in the organization or system. Experience has shown that groups often clarify their direction and purpose through the rigorous approach used to implement Gaiasoft products.
Gaiasoft support services are available to catalyze, support, enable and co-lead as needed throughout the lifecycle of client projects.
